Vision and Ethos

Our strategic values and objectives

Each and every young person is living life to the full. They fulfil their potential and are contributing to a thriving local community.

The Oxford Kilburn Trust (The OK Club) is a Christian youth work project in South Kilburn, NW London and since 2019 a part of the Worth Unlimited family.  For over 60 years, The OK Club has run activities for children, young people and their families, helping to build relationships, creativity, health and wellbeing.

We work with young people to build character and capabilities, as they grow into active and engaged adults.  We provide opportunities for young people to explore their spirituality and their place in the world, and build positive relationships they can rely on.

Our Ethos and Values

Motivated by our Christian Faith, in all aspects of what we do, we strive to be:

What we do:

We run a weekly programme of activities for children and young people from 5 to 18 years. This will include a range of sports and creative activities. Some of our sessions are general drop-ins with a wide variety of activities, while others are specific activities such as a football or music session. The sessions are mostly after school and evening sessions.

We are developing a wider range of provision from the building by building partnerships with other organisations who can help us widen the range of activities, make use of the building when we can’t, and build the OK Club as a place of welcome and community anchor point. During the school holidays we run a range of daytime activities and trips as resources allow.

The OK Club also runs a Christian missional community house, called Christian Holt House, which shares the same site as the OK Club. Individuals who live as part of the missional community contribute to Club activities as part of their tenancy.
